Currently we have an opportunity within our EMEA Sales organisation to manage channel sales in part of our META region.

About The Role - You Will

The Country Manager is responsible for the UAE, GCC & North Africa region, reporting to the META Sales Manager.

Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, develop, implement, and measure sales strategies in an assigned territory
  • Achieve revenue and market share objectives, managing both reseller and Distribution customer types for sales in and sales out
  • Manage relationships at all levels within named accounts
  • Provide Sales forecasts, measured weekly for accuracy
  • Ensure consistent and regular communication of company’s strategies, procedures and roadmaps through face-to-face visits and phone communications, solving issues quickly, documenting decisions made and actions to be taken.
  • Provide competitive market feedback on a regular basis
  • Represent Seagate at Trade Shows, including developing Executive Briefings with named accounts
  • Conduct periodic reviews of the Account Plans with Sales leadership to ensure visibility and receive necessary support in order to be successful.

Your Experience Includes

  • Knowledge of the UAE, GCC and North African markets
  • Channel experience is a must
  • Knowledge of Storage and CE products
  • Ability to develop a deep knowledge of customer's business
  • Ability to understand and influence a wide range of customer stakeholders, including senior management
  • Expert in building relationships and communicating internally across peers, management and cross-functional organisations
  • Excellent business English language skills, Arabic is an advantage
