  • Maintaining accurate and complete customer records by bank policies and procedures.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.

  • Previous working experience, in the field of customer service to be able to fulfill all the tasks flawlessly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to customers in a patient and friendly manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Active listening skills, allow you to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
