Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi holding company that owns a group of companies in the retail and perfume sector and expanding its operations to Egypt.

The HR Business Partner will will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management across the company's operations in Egypt. He will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for key positions across the holding company and subsidiaries, including developing sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems aligned with business goals, offering coaching and support to managers.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, covering areas such as leadership and compliance.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating and enforcing compliance across the organization.
  • Manage HR data, maintaining accurate records and generating reports to support decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, organizing events and recognition programs to foster a positive company culture.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a holding company or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
