• Manage his/her team’s projects profitability and cashflow

• Achieve assigned and agreed on work and learning goals

• Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team

• Builds and leads a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects

• Define success factors and clearly communicate specific performance indicators (KPIs) to all team members.

• Provides leadership direction and communicates vision and strategic objectives to team members.

• Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles

• Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals

• Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance

متطلبات الوظيفة

• Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Engineering

• 9+ years of experience of which a minimum of 7 years is in Software Project Management

• 3+ years of people management experience.
