Apt Resources is currently seeking a CSR with a Call Center Background in international accounts to join their client's storage business. As a CSR with a Call Center Background, you will be the face of the company, responsible for guiding customers through their storage needs, providing exceptional service, and closing sales efficiently.


  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right storage solutions.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales environment.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.

إمتيازات الوظيفة

Salary:  4000 AED (basic and allowances) – negotiable depending on experience

Performance Incentive: Up to 1000 AED

Work Hours:  9 AM to 7 PM with 1 hour break; 5 days a week 

Benefits as per UAE Labor law

  • Must have a background in the call center industry with international accounts.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Must be in UAE and available for a 15-day paid trial
