Job Description
# Coordinate and receive candidates’ security clearance on iRecruit system
# Coordinate and receive the medical tests for the new joiners
# Assist in recruitment management processes, through understanding the requirements and conditions of jobs, announcing vacancies, conducting the search process, interviewing candidates, coordinating with the concerned managers, and ensuring that the procedures are completed in accordance with the approved plan for the recruitment department's operations and within the approved key performance indicators for the department
# Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.
# Complete the selected candidates on-boarding files and ensure this is in line with the approved steps outlined in the “New Joiner” process

Education
# Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from a recognized university.
