At Micah Solutions FZE, we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to our patients. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their speech and language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Guide and support patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest research and treatment techniques in speech therapy.

Requirements:
- Valid license as a Speech Therapist.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of different therapy techniques, such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) or myofunctional therapy.
- Experience working in a clinical or educational setting.
