Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that - exceeds our customers expectations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complaints are well solved and provide them with any updates.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly CRM reporting system.
  • Conduct CSS /CEM surveys for sales and aftersales customer experience.
  • Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and improve customer care.
  • Ensure all customers communicate via digital official platforms.
  • Improve customer loyalty and retention rate.
  • Manage customer contact center and ensure operational standards are met successfully.
  • Develop & and execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
  • Represent the company's brand and solve any complaints with the CPA.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years of experience in handling customers, preferably in the automotive field.
  • Technical expertise in CRM and analytical systems.
  • Knowledge of the usage of the Salesforce system is preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language.
