Micah Solutions FZE is currently recruiting for a DOH Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans and provide therapy services to address their physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' strengths and areas of improvement.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.
- Provide occupational therapy sessions to help patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive strategies and equipment to enhance independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive treatment approach.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Stay informed about the latest research and innovative therapy techniques in occupational therapy.

Requirements:
- Valid DOH (Department of Health) license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach towards patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
- Knowledge of sensory integration therapy techniques.
- Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
