As a Head Of Retail - Luxury Division, you will be responsible for...


  • Developing & implementing the retail roadmap, organization, processes and tools to operate successfully our retail business in cooperation with Group’s key functions.
  • Partnering with Business managers to define and implement the Group’s/ Zone’s/Country’s Retail strategy, assessing the opportunities and the risks involved.
  • Defining and implementing the cross-functional organization and ways of working to successfully implement the retail strategy/roadmap.
  • Managing and leveraging real estate, property management and opening processes and cost efficiencies to optimize our investment in Retail.
  • Implementing retail standards and practices, tools, systems and controls (in partnership with key functions) to optimize store performance, drive efficiency and control risk.
  • Working with HR to build retail HR tools and capabilities to support the business and develop a ‘Retail talent’ strategy.
  • Animating the retail community to foster a common vision, shared objectives and accountability for retail initiatives.
  • Ensuring data privacy compliance in Retail.


What you already have...


  • 10 to 12 years of Experience in retail management or another related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.
  • English Language proficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
