All about the role:

After Sales Area Manager is responsible for handling of complaints and warranty cases, the provision of advice on any arising questions and the recommendation of upselling services. This position provides a significant contribution to customer retention and thus to company's profitability.

In addition to direct customer support, this position is responsible of the collection and evaluation of data, especially on customer satisfaction, and the monitoring of market trends. The insights derived from these activities benefit the company's development, production and marketing departments. Besides, they provide important information relevant to the company's strategic orientation.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and develop the maintenance team performance.
  • Monitor and achieve all our targets in the branch.
  • Working to improve the franchises performance by monitor and develop their performance.
  • Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans’ implementation.
  • Operate service operations by developing service procedures and instructions then communicating them with all team members.
  • Operate service operations by developing operations budget and monitoring the financial performance to assure maintaining the developed budget.
  • Operate service operations by developing periodic reports and presentations as well as communicating team needs
  • Monitor and develop service operations managers by developing performance development plan and following up required actions status
  • Monitor and develop service operations managers by improving their performance through coaching and following up the various KPIs
  • Monitor and develop service operations managers by developing their management skills and behavior through monitoring daily operations
  • Manage and develop service operations by developing overall service performance and enhancing cross-functional relations
  • Manage and develop service operations by enhancing customer satisfaction and response time and feedback accuracy
  • Execute operations projects by initiating new projects and contributing in the running projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical).
  • 5 -7 years of related experience in Upper Egypt.
  • Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.
  • Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
  • Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
  • Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity
