Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll assist in a range of human resources duties, for Momentum Ventures and its subsidiary, CruiseHub. The HR Manager will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR department in implementing and managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace policies;
  • Assist in implementing performance management systems;
  • Work with the HRBP and managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans;
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization;
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles;
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating the delivery of training programs to support employee development;
  • Implement leadership development initiatives in collaboration with the HRBP;
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment;
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages;
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures;
  • Ensure that employees are aware of and understand company policies;
  • Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in laws and company practices;
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
  • Prepare and present HR reports for management;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR functions and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role;
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality;
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Google Workspace;
  • Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in Cairo, Egypt.
