Our Client is seeking an experienced and skilled Hose Crimper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hose crimping, with a strong understanding of the tools, techniques, and safety protocols involved. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring the production of high-quality hose assemblies for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Hose Crimping:

• Operate and maintain hose crimping machines to assemble hoses of various sizes and specifications.
• Inspect hoses and fittings for defects or damages before crimping.
• Ensure crimped hoses meet quality standards and specifications.
  
  
  

Quality Control:

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Identify and address any defects or issues in the crimping process.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
  
  
  

Maintenance and Safety:

• Conduct routine maintenance on crimping machines and equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with crimping machinery.
  
  
  

Inventory Management:*

• Manage inventory of hose and fitting materials.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
  
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in hose crimping or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating hose crimping machines and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
