ATM, Cards & Payments Technical Support Specialist

  • Provide technical support and handle incidents and service requests related to ATM and cards applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct regular checks, and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for application support and issue escalation.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and testing activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to optimize support operations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in cards applications in Banking Sectors or Fintech.
  • Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)
  • DBs Basics (Oracle, MS SQL,DB2)
  • Java development
  • ATM network connectivity and protocols
  • Good Knowledge of switch and POS applications

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Problem management and incident management skills
    • Experience with ATM Monitoring tools
