We are hiring immediately a Hire Desk Controller a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a first-class customer service across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management and travel management
  • Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations.
  • Prepare for meetings and events including drafting agendas, circulation of required material, recording Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) if required, room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.
  • Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general facility tasks, filing etc.
  • Event management as required.
  • Efficient storage of documents
  • Contract Management, Logistics, Raising PO's & HDC

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • Specialized Diploma / Vocational Training
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of English Language
