• Responsible for the implementation of Coca Cola FS management system to ensure the improvement of FS compliance and the establishment of a food safety culture within manufacturing and SC facilities.
• Ensure the implementation of HACCP system in all plants working with HACCP team members and all stakeholders.
• Governance of the external audits program (Regulatory inspections (NFSA), FSSC 22000
inspections).
• Ensure all KORE requirements as well as ISO requirements are being implemented across the
company and are up to date.
• Responsible for the FS Training program management at the factory level, to ensure food safety
awareness and competency of all factory employees (Hygiene, Foreign Objects, Microbiology &
Allergen hazards).
• Responsible for leading food safety investigations with all stakeholders in case of any FS related
incidents and customer/consumer complaints.
• Update the Food Safety Process for any triggers (innovation, equipment, process, ingredients, etc.) and oversight any projects that may affect food safety (innovation, engineering design, new
equipment).
• Create and validate the FS Training program management for facilities and supply chain staff, to
ensure food safety awareness and competency of all factory employees (Hygiene, Foreign Objects,
Microbiology & Allergen hazards).
• Support in external audits preparation and execution with the support of other functions (Regulatory inspections (NFSA) & FSSC 22000 inspections).
• Follow up the implementation of the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) system to ensure all CAPAs triggered from audits and incidents are implemented and closed effectively.
• Monitor the performance of Food Safety Management System & Quality systems to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
