The
CEO Office Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing the executive office's day-to-day operations, and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including managing communication and follow-up.
- Organize and coordinate executive team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are completed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings and other high-level engagements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Support the CEO in managing and prioritizing time effectively to meet business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
