Our client is a premier global entity specializing in the export and manufacturing of premium foods, herbs, and seeds. They're in search of an experienced with Odoo experience to enhance their team.

  1. Serve as the main point of contact and intermediary between our company and Odoo.
  2. Lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and recommend system enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, translate them into system configurations, and oversee the implementation process.
  5. Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery of ERP system enhancements.
  6. Provide hands-on support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting the Odoo ERP system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  8. Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to the Odoo ERP platform.
  9. Proactively identify system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and work with the Odoo support team to resolve them.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
  11. Provide regular status reports, updates, and metrics to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management are a plus.
  2. Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system, including configuration, data migration, and system integration.
  3. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and best practices across multiple functional areas, such as finance, HR, sales, and operations.
  4. Proficiency in working with Odoo modules, including but not limited to CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals.
  8. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  9. Experience in conducting user training and creating user documentation is desirable.
  10. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, embracing change and driving continuous improvement.
