Job purpose: 

Your mission will be Acts as of KODE sports ambassador, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support to the General Manager with the ultimate goal of ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.


What do we expect from you:  

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager in the management of daily operations. 
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as required. 
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and other correspondence. 
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects. 
  • Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records. 
  • Create reports and dashboards to present the tasks as required. 
  • Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. 
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment. 
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required. 

 

What do you need to perform your role: 

 

To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements: 


Education and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role 

 

Skills and knowledge: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information 
  • High customer centricity and prompt attendance to requests
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Google drive workspace and in Excel
