Job purpose:
Your mission will be Acts as of KODE sports ambassador, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support to the General Manager with the ultimate goal of ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager in the management of daily operations.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence as required.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and other correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records.
- Create reports and dashboards to present the tasks as required.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
What do you need to perform your role:
To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
Skills and knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- High customer centricity and prompt attendance to requests
- Excellent reporting skills
- Proficiency in Google drive workspace and in Excel
