Job Description

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade planning, design, engineering, and construction management.
• Proven track record of effective communication with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, structural analysis, and design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, STAAD Pro and other related software.
• Experience in overseeing fabrication and assembly of custom facade systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the use of facade industry software tools.
• Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude.
