Brief Job Description
1- Packaging operator perform automatic & semi-automatic/manual packaging activities; on various packing lines.
2- Packaging operator perform automatic & semi-automatic/manual packaging lines set-up and run in accordance with the validated settings and parameters beside serialization/aggregation activities.
3- Packaging operator perform automatic & semi-automatic/manual packaging lines change over & cleaning activities.
4- Packaging operator perform GMP documentation and recording of activities.
5- Packaging operator follows established procedure and guidelines to produce quality product on time, This must be done while maintaining compliance to cGMPs, as well as SHE obligations and AZ standards.
6- Packaging operator is responsible for performing the simple, routine, and repetitive tasks following the approved company procedures and policies.
Job Responsibilities
1- Following SHE and GMP (CGMP & SHE within PET)
- Adhere and follows Code of conduct
- Ensure own work is compliant with health, safety and cGMP
2- Quality compliance:
Support the management of the production line to deliver quality product, on time, in full, in accordance with the production requirements
- Works within a team to achieve operational and technical delivery.
- Develops knowledge of equipments and processes within own team or area.
- Escalates more complex issues to more senior colleagues.
- Participates in activities across multiple function and areas, ensuring that agreed priorities are carried out.
- Maintain line equipment set-up and run in accordance with the agreed settings and parameters.
3- Lean Program:
Understands the standard process to deliver product on time, in Full. Ensure standard way of working
- Lean KPI’s are understood and followed in daily work effectively.
Education, Qualifications, Skills And Experience
1- Essential
- Fluent Arabic language (read, write, listen and speak)
- Fair English language (read and writes).
- Ability to execute required tasks
2- Desirable
- Bachelor degree.
- Understanding and applying GMP/SHE requirements
- Fair Communication skills
- Work collaboratively
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical company (from 1 to 5 years).
This position is a fixed time contract for 2 years.
