The Company

Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, to hire an Office Manager/Operations Manager.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head of the Middle East office, this role involves overseeing office operations and providing executive support to the C-suite
  • Ensure smooth office operations compliant with company policies and DIFC/UAE regulations.
  • Manage regulatory compliance including VAT and ESR submissions with professional advisors.
  • Liaise with DIFC authority and building management.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and facilities management.
  • Oversee financial reporting accuracy and timelines with external accounting firm.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage HR records and staff visa/residency applications.
  • Coordinate regional travel logistics for the Middle East team.
  • Manage calendar and assist Head of Middle East with meeting preparation.
  • Facilitate internal communications with stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, teleconferences, and events.
  • Draft and circulate meeting minutes.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Middle East team as required.

The Candidate

  • Previous office management or administrative experience.
  • Experience in DIFC is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive team player with initiative.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Salary And Benefits

AED 25,000 per month, plus company benefits
