InfiNest Group is a leading company in the Real Estate, Accounting services and other business services. We are seeking a talented and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As an HR Recruiter at InfiNest Group, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to our company's success.

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the job offer process, negotiating salary packages, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


  • Candidate must have 2 year UAE experience
  • Nationality should me Russian or Chinese
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source potential candidates using online and offline channels
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role
  • Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
