About the role

The Luxury Closet is looking for a VIP Admin Assistant who will work with the VIP relations team, help in connecting and coordinating with the VIP clients, help acquiring new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional service. If you have a passion for luxury products and fashion will enjoy the role!

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team in developing connections with new and existing consignors.
• Connect with consignors on emails, chats and calls to assist them with their luxury merchandise.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with existing consignors to increase business.
• Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
• Help the team achieve the monthly consignment targets for your geographic market.
• Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.
