It's Your Dream Team If You Enjoy

• Leading and managing a team of Card Activation Agents, providing training, coaching, and feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to achieve team goals.
• Resolving escalated customer issues and complaints related to card activation in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preparing daily reports on team performance, customer interactions, and operational metrics.
• Ensuring all required documents are delivered to headquarter on a daily basis.
  
  

The Keys To Unlock This Vacancy Are

• 3+ years of experience in relevant role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to de-escalate situations with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
