Staff Nurses Required for Hospital

We are currently looking to hire more than 200 Staff Nurses for a multi-speciality hospital in Kuwait. Ideal candidates should have a BSc in Nursing and 4 years of experience as a nurse (1 year from any Gulf countries and 2.5 years from home country).

We are looking to hire for the following departments:

• IPD,
• Labour & Delivery,
• Emergency,
• Endoscopy,
• ICU,
• CCU,
• NICU,
• Cardiac Catheterization lab (Cath Lab)
  
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Degree: B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor’s in Nursing
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of Gulf experience + 2.5 years of home country experience as Staff Nurse (Total: 4 years)

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other people in a position to understand care requirements.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care
  
  

Requirements Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them always
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
