"Dawrati" is a leading marketing and coaching company in the Arab World dedicated to helping coaches and consultants market their coaching businesses and achieve their goals. We provide a range of coaching and marketing services designed to empower coaches and consultants and scale thier online coahcig business. We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team and contribute to our content and marketing efforts.
The Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and engaging content (Arabic and English) such as email campaigns, Meta ad copies, Landing Page content, and Sales Page Content for the company and/or our clients. This role requires excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality copy that drives conversions and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, email campaigns, Meta Ad copies, and more in Arabic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for the clients.
- Create compelling headlines, texts, and calls to action that drive conversions and engagement.
- Assist in developing content strategies that support marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize web content for search engines.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Proofread copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style errors (Arabic and English).
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, their needs, and preferences.
- Use insights from audience research to create content that resonates with and engages the target audience.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, minimum of three years.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples and successful marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
- Ability to write in different styles and tones for various audiences and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive, and AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the coaching industry is a plus.
