About The Role:
As a Field Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the field operations across assigned areas. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- - القيام بزيارات يومية الى التجار المتعاقدين مع الطرف الاول.
- - تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه من المدير المباشر فى خلال 48 ساعة.
- - ملاء اسئلة الاستبيان مع موظفين الفروع العاملة بفروع التجار المتعاقد معاهم.
- - تقديم تقارير إسبوعية عن الزيارات التى قام بها لفروع التجار.
- - الحصول على بيانات كافة مدراء الفروع و ارقام الفروع الخاصة بالتجاروالتأكد من صحتها.
- - تصعيد المشاكل المتواجدة لدى التجار اثناء تنفيذ خدمات الشركة الى المراقب المسؤول عنه بصورة يوميه
- - تحديث قاعدة بيانات الشركة

متطلبات الوظيفة
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in field operations or a similar role is preferred.
