About the role:
As a System Operations Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of FMCG campaigns and projects, from inception to execution. This includes managing client offers and campaigns, as well as maintaining a seamless onboarding process for clients and partners. Effective communication with internal teams is essential for successful campaign follow-ups. Additionally, active participation in both internal and external meetings is required, along with data validation and insertion tasks. The position also entails the preparation of presentations for internal meetings and the creation of various entities such as merchants, branches, SIMs, and users.
