Sarmad is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lending Business Analyst to join our team. As a Lending Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for lending products and processes, as well as identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders in the lending department to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for lending products and processes
- Conduct analysis of existing lending processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Participate in testing and validation of lending systems and processes
- Provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lending

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
