Get Paid to Mentor Students

We are looking for former recruiters from McKinsey, Bain and BCG from the Middle East to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.

About The Role

• Paid; We offer a total of $200 for 3 sessions spent with each student (1 hour per session) + a success bonus of $100 if the student gets an interview with a firm.
• Part-time (at least 4 hours per week)
• 100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world)
• You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client, at any given time
  
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Help students improve on their resume and cover letter
• Give advice on best practices for application strategies
• Answer questions about a career in management consulting
  
  
  

About Us (My Consulting Offer)

We help students and young professionals transition into a career in management consulting. We are a team of former McKinsey, Bain and BCG Consultants, Managers, Principals, Partners, and Recruiters from across six continents. Since 2017, we have helped over 800 students get jobs in consulting.

Job Requirements

• Must love mentoring and coaching others
• Able to commit at least 4 hours per week
• Must have worked at least 3 years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG in the Middle East (ex. Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) in a senior recruiting/talent acquisition capacity

Additional Comments

Unfortunately, we do not work with recruiters who are still working at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, given the unpredictable schedules. However, we do accept applications from recruiters on transition/search.

We are looking for candidates who left their role with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG in the Middle East, no earlier than 2018.
