Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing category level sales and inventory strategies to optimize availability and inventory turns. In this role, you will have end to end ownership of managing forecasting, buying, supply planning and inventory. You will also build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders /vendors and operations teams to drive business objectives. You will be responsible on the CNWC of the respective markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasting, buying, inventory, inventory health
  • Drive vendor operational improvements through measurement and process improvement
  • Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration
  • Manage inbound shipments: Fill rates, ASNs, operational issues, lead times
  • Manage the CNWC and by analyzing credit terms, purchase patterns and demand trends for all suppliers and optimizing in the most efficient way

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
