Job Purpose

Responsible for leading and coaching sales activity through proactive identification and development of coaching needs and strategies of Coca-Cola. Development of commercial and leadership competencies in Field Sales teams through developmental programs and training, as well as on-the-job support. Management of central development programs and mandatory training, as well as onboarding for field sales.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess and develop sales standards.
  • Monitor clear performance objectives for all sales team and ensure they are achieved by training and developing a professional, highly skilled, and motivated.
  • Develop and propose standard reports.
  • Support the organization’s sales team in setting objectives for redistribution, deployment, and execution.
  • Ensuring that all employees in the field sales sector are properly engaged through mandatory training and fieldwork.
  • Developing and delivering programs for sales personnel that assist in achieving set goals and implementing business solutions.
  • Ensuring that training programs are updated and implemented according to needs, success metrics, and business strategy.


ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics /business or equivalent education.
  • +7 years of relevant business experience.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Results-oriented with good time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Very strong analytical skills and Demonstrable knowledge in: Business Planning, Market Dynamics, Risk Management, and Projects Management.
  • Strong motivation for talent development and ability to work with various stakeholders.
