 Job Description: 
The Collections Manager is responsible for preserving, cataloguing, and maintaining valuable assets.
 Responsibilities: 
-  Collection Maintenance: Oversee preservation and care of items including artwork, artifacts, and documents. Monitor handling, develop custom mounts, and label objects. Manage environmental data and pest management.
-  Cataloguing and Documentation: Maintain detailed records, develop condition reports with images, and enter data into the Collections Management Database.
-  Inventory Management: Conduct regular and spot inventories to ensure accurate records.
-  Conservation Oversight: Conduct visual inspections, flag concerns, and coordinate with conservation professionals.
-  Security and Risk Management: Implement security protocols to safeguard the collection.
 
 
Qualifications
 Qualifications  :
-  Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Library Science, or related field
-  Strong knowledge of best practices, cataloguing standards, conservation principles, and security protocols.
-  Proficiency with collection management software.
-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
