				          Our client is a leading astrology and spiritual wellness company with nearly two decades of experience, partnering with major brands like Starbucks, Hulu, and Fox Entertainment. They specialize in providing astrology-based entertainment and co-branded promotional efforts for large corporate clients. They are seeking a smart, detail-oriented
 Sales Coordinator to join their partnership marketing team and provide essential administrative support, helping manage leads and prepare materials for client-facing meetings.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Coordination & Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure internal deadlines are met and provide support for upcoming client meetings. 
 - Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up: Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups. 
 - Client Communication & Inbound Lead Management: Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead. 
 - Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients. 
 - CRM Proficiency: Manage and move deals through the CRM system. Training on HubSpot will be provided. 
 - Organizational Skills: Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions. 
 
What Success Looks Like:
- Effective Lead Management: Efficient tracking and management of leads through the CRM system. 
 - Seamless Appointment Scheduling: Timely booking of appointments, contributing to a steady pipeline of meetings for the sales team. 
 - Strong Communication: Clear and effective email communication with leads and clients. 
 - Collaborative Sales Materials: Preparation of high-quality pitch decks and other sales materials. 
 - Organized & Structured Processes: Implementation and maintenance of a clear SOP for lead tracking. 
 
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within marketing or sales administration. 
 - CRM Proficiency: Prior experience with CRM systems is beneficial; training on HubSpot will be provided. 
 - Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and track lead interactions effectively. 
 - Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills. 
 - Sales Deck & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with sales decks or marketing teams is a plus; enthusiasm for marketing is essential. 
 - Client-Facing Comfort: Comfort with client-facing communication and professional interactions. 
 - Growth Mindset: Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing into a more sales-oriented role.
