Job description:
- Preparing financial reports for contractors and suppliers & 's needs.
- Preparing and recording the treasury site account and payments daily.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices and payment certificates, ensuring they match with contractors’ agreements.
- Tracking with engineering department to set and constructions policy as job needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 7 Years of Experience as a Construction - Real Estate Field
- Experience in dealing with contracts for contractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
