Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to work across digital and print media. As part of MLG, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to bring compelling designs to life that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including websites, social media assets, marketing materials, product packaging, presentations, and advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with MLG’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and impactful visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content departments, to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
• Creative Solutions: Proactively suggest creative concepts that elevate the user experience and engage our target audience.
• File Management: Organize and manage design files, assets, and documentation, ensuring they are accessible and easily shareable.
• Feedback and Revisions: Accept constructive feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input to meet expectations and project goals.
• Stay Current: Continuously monitor design trends, tools, and technologies to keep MLG's visual assets fresh, innovative, and aligned with industry standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital, print, and branding projects (please include a link to your portfolio).
