Overview of the role:

The Senior Community and Property Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing asset management for residential properties. This position focuses on ensuring seamless coordination of resident fit-outs and adherence to developer specifications while enhancing community satisfaction and engagement. You will lead initiatives that promote operational excellence and compliance with community standards, thereby contributing to the overall value and performance of the residential assets.

What you will do:

  • Lead the handover process for the sold units in a residential apartment project, ensuring all snagging/de-snagging activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Direct the maintenance and upkeep of community assets, emphasizing preventive measures and timely responses.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to the client and their consultants by addressing and resolving complex requests related to specifications and available utilities by providing expert guidance on community standards and fit-out regulations.
  • Contribute to long-term planning for property enhancements and community development within residential apartment projects, ensuring all initiatives are functional and operational.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance including Community Services and initiatives.

Required Skills to be successful:

3 to 6 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically within the real estate sector

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Canvas.
