You will be working as Master Scheduler and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to LVS 3101 LPG Manager and will be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed

You will be working as Master Scheduler and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to LVS 3101 LPG Manager and will be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed
Your responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly production plan according to the available capacity, day to day follow up with production to ensure no deviation from the communicated delivery dates
- Weekly monitoring for the OTD and update customer for any deviation in delivery dates and daily coordination with material planning and purchasing regarding material availability.
- Leading the weekly operation meeting with the project management team and production
- Identifying capacity constraints and recommend both short- and long-term solution and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks
- Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve plan adherence
- Planning analysis report and leading the KPI to match the target, leading the S&OP to have 6-month horizon forecast
- Inventory analysis, controlling and following up and working closely with other departments to improve the NWC (Net Working Capital)
- Following all ABB Ethics and OHS instructions, forming and working in synergy in teams with subordinates’ peers and superior
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- CPIM certified is preferable and material planning experience is a privilege
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management
- Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude, experienced use of different Microsoft programs
- SAP experience is preferable, people management skills and strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, Arabic language is a privilege
