Oracle IAM Specialist

SWATX is looking for an Oracle IAM Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's identity and access management solutions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's IT infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) solutions.
• Configure and manage user provisioning, role management, access policies, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Integrate OIM and OAM with other enterprise applications, databases, and systems.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Participate in security audits and compliance reviews.
• Stay current on the latest IAM technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures.
• Document all IAM configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
• Experience with integrating IAM solutions with other enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Java, Groovy, or Python.
• Knowledge of security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Cloud Service) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

• Oracle Identity Management Certified Implementation Specialist
• Oracle Access Manager Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
