· Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring alignment
· Oversee the preparation of shop drawings, project reports, RFIs, and as-built documentation.
· Monitor all request for information (RFI) raised from contractors that might arise from design conflict and liaise with the pertinent supervision or designer office for resolution
· Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
· Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to achieve objectives within budget and timelines.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on project-related matters.
· Review and approve technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
· Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality standards.
· Provide technical guidance to site teams, resolving complex issues efficiently.
· Ensure all site activities are aligned with project plans and safety protocols.
· Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
· Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
· Manage and mentor junior project coordinators and site engineers.
· Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
· Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
