We are excited to announce that a call center in Al-Rabwa has openings for customer service representatives, with 50 positions available. Applicants can choose between two tracks: Arabic or English. Each position offers a seasonal contract of two months.
**Customer Service Role - Arabic Track:**
- Salary: 4200 SAR net
- Shift: Ramadan shift from 8 PM to 2 AM for males
- Eligibility: Saudi citizens and displaced tribes
- Educational requirement: Minimum high school diploma
- Must be dedicated and proficient in Arabic.
**Customer Service Role - English Track:**
- Gender: Both female and male applicants are encouraged to apply
- Salary: 5000 SAR net
- Shift: Ramadan shift from 8 PM to 2 AM for males
- Eligibility: Saudi citizens and displaced tribes
- Educational requirement: Minimum high school diploma
- Must be dedicated and fluent in English (spoken).
