Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Identify potential clients within the business sector, and build long-term strategic relationships with companies and organizations.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer professional advice to clients on how to maximize the benefits of our online banking services for their financial operations.
  • Business Development: Explore new market opportunities, identify changing client needs, and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Negotiating Deals: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with corporate clients and successfully close deals.
  • Client Follow-up: Ensure continuous engagement with existing clients, providing ongoing support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management regarding sales targets and challenges faced by the team.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns targeting different sectors and increase awareness of the service.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze the market and competitors to offer innovative solutions that align with current market needs.

  • B2B Sales Experience: +2 years experience in selling technical solutions and financial services to the business sector (B2B).
  • Experience in the Financial Sector: Knowledge and experience in selling banking and financial solutions to enterprises.
  • Technical Background: A solid understanding of technology, including digital banking platforms, financial services, and related software solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients through multiple channels (phone, email, face-to-face meetings).
  • Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: Ability to successfully close deals through effective negotiation with businesses.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English: Strong command of both Arabic and English, with the ability to interact with Arabic and English-speaking clients.
  • Familiarity with Modern Technologies: Deep understanding of digital banking technologies and online financial services.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
