Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, market penetration, and profitability in the duct industry
- Evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Make informed decisions based on market analysis and business intelligence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and strengthen customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company profitability targets.
- Oversee the production, quality control, and delivery of HVAC duct products. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Must have skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a an Area Manager in the HVAC industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitability and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and expanding market presence.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
