We are seeking, in Saudi Arabia, highly skilled Quality Manager – Continuous Improvement to join a major infrastructure project.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and quality management.
Main Responsabilities:
Continuous Improvement & Quality Management:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
- Apply Lean & Six Sigma tools (PDCA, DMAIC) to improve processes and project quality.
- Oversee quality management for large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., hotels, highways, malls).
- Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and track results.
Training & Development:
- Provide training in Lean/Excellence & Continuous Improvement methodologies to project teams and supervisors.
- Facilitate workshops, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement Events.
Process Standardization & Documentation:
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids to standardize construction processes and best practices.
- Create and manage documentation such as guidelines, checklists, and templates.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
- Monitor project performance, report on progress, and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to share best practices and ensure quality standards.
