Role Description

We're seeking a full-time, remote Virtual Assistant/Business Development Representative (BDR) to support business operations. This role involves inside sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development tasks. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and proactive in helping grow the business through strategic initiatives and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Communication & Scheduling

  • Handle up to five phone calls per day, responding to emails and text messages from clients and students via Google Voice.
  • Assist clients with booking and rescheduling appointments using Acuity Scheduling (training provided).
  • Manage and update Acuity schedules, create new offerings, and adjust availability as needed.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and nurture potential clients to drive sales and business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on strategies to expand revenue streams.
  • Oversee the hiring and coordination of freelancers (designers, video editors, etc.) to support various projects.
  • Set up and manage an Amazon referral and review business, including product selection and content creation.
  • Assist in launching a print-on-demand business with customized designs on platforms like Amazon.
  • Help develop and promote an online course based on existing video content, ensuring all necessary materials are in place.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Conduct competitor research to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Assist with planning and organizing retreats and events, including client communication, invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with vendors.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, including social media content strategies, book publishing, and potential Wikipedia page creation.


Qualifications & Skills

✔ Experience in inside sales, business development, and lead generation.

✔ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✔ Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace.

✔ Knowledge of social media marketing, online course creation, and digital business development is a plus.

✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
