Role Summary
Support strategic decision-making for sports property developments by analyzing project data, preparing approval materials, and coordinating stakeholder engagement. Recent graduates will gain exposure to mega-project governance through mentorship from senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of business case presentation, using technical information provided by project teams (eg. feasibility studies, financial projections, timelines, designs)
- Create approval presentations responding to internal governance requirements
- Maintain approval and actions registers and coordinate consultation sessions
- Monitor post-approval implementation against governance frameworks
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of governance frameworks or regulatory compliance processes.
- Ability to create visually engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables) for reporting purposes.
