1. Support Recruitment and Hiring Processes:
- Prepare and publish job vacancy announcements.
- Coordinate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage candidate files and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
2. Manage Recruitment and Onboarding Operations:
- Prepare job offers and employment letters.
- Enter new employee data into internal systems and relevant government platforms.
3. Deal with Government Platforms:
- Manage and update employee data via platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Ajeer, GOSI, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Follow up on subscriptions, contracts, notifications, and sponsorship transfers in line with regulations.
4. Update and Organize Employee Files:
- Maintain updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Ensure all required documents are complete and comply with company policies.
5. Implement and Coordinate Training and Development Programs:
- Assist in analyzing training needs and executing development plans.
- Monitor attendance and evaluations of training courses.
6. Contribute to Performance Evaluation Processes:
- Coordinate annual or periodic performance evaluation processes.
- Collect and analyze feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
7. Manage Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Participate in resolving disputes or complaints within the legal framework.
8. Utilize HR Systems:
- Proficient in using HR Management Systems like Jisr or equivalent.
- Update data, track attendance, leaves, and salaries, and link processes between internal and government systems.
9. Manage Payroll and Compensation:
- Prepare and process payroll files in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure accurate calculation of allowances, deductions, and overtime hours.
10. Manage End-of-Service Benefits:
- Calculate end-of-service entitlements in accordance with Saudi labor law.
- Prepare resignation or termination letters and ensure completion of clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with finance for disbursing entitlements within the legal timeframe.
11. Ensure Compliance:
- Ensure practices comply with Saudi labor law.
- Prepare periodic HR and regulatory compliance reports.
12. Participate in Workplace Environment Initiatives:
- Support the implementation of activities that enhance job satisfaction and employee engagement.
