Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Show Production Associate Director to play a pivotal role in leading the technical execution and integration of immersive entertainment experiences.
In this position, you will oversee all aspects of technical show production, ensuring that each performance, event, and installation meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the technical production strategies for live events, attractions, and shows, ensuring alignment with artistic vision and operational goals.
- Coordinate with project teams, creative directors, and technical staff to evaluate and implement advanced technology solutions that enhance audience experiences.
- Oversee technical production schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of projects.
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of audio-visual systems, special effects, rigging, and stage setups.
- Ensure that all performances are executed flawlessly, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners on equipment procurement and technical services.
- Facilitate training sessions for operational staff on technical systems and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance with industry standards within the technical production team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on technical production progress to stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Production, Theatre Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in live show production, technical management, and event operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in audio, video, lighting, and stage management within live events or entertainment venues.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant technical standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to cultivate and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to work under pressure and in tight timelines.
- High proficiency in technical software and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to give clear instructions and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in theme parks or large-scale entertainment venues is preferred.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for live events.
