BlackStone eIT is looking for a warm and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as a receptionist or in related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
